Membership

How do I buy a membership?
You can purchase your membership by clicking ‘buy membership’ on the homepage.
Do I need to activate my DragonPass membership before using it?
Your self-purchased membership will be activated and ready to use right after purchase. All you will need to do is log in to the mobile app using your 16-digit membership number and the password that you created upon registration. There will be no need to activate your membership on the app.
Do I get any free visits with my membership?
DragonPass Lounge Pass Memberships will come with inclusive/free visits. The number of inclusive/ free visits will depend upon the membership that you purchase. Additional visits can be purchased on the mobile app.
How long is my membership valid for?
Memberships are valid for a period of 12 months. Once your membership has expired, you will simply need to purchase a new one. Please note that your membership will not renew after the 12-month period.
Can my friends and family use my membership?
Memberships can only be used by the membership holder (the person whose name is on the membership). Memberships cannot be given to a family member or friend to be used on your behalf however, you can purchase additional guest visits to enter the lounge with a family member or friend.

Single Pass

How can I purchase an Single Lounge Pass?
Simply view the available lounges from the drop down list on the 'search lounges' page. Once you have confirmed that your preferred lounge is available within the DragonPass network simply click the 'Buy now' button to complete the details of the people that require an Single Lounge Pass. Once payment has been completed, your Single Lounge Pass will be emailed to the email address you have provided.
Can I only use my Single Lounge Pass for a specific date and time?
Single Lounge Passes are valid for 12 months and are not specific to any date and time. It can be used at any time or date from when it is purchased to when it expires.
Is my Single Lounge Pass lounge specific?
Single Lounge Passes are not lounge specific and can be used at any lounge in any airport stated on this website.
Can I use my Single Lounge Pass more than once?
Your Single Lounge Pass is only valid for one time use within a 12 month period. If you require multiple use you can purchase more than one.
How will I receive my voucher?
You will receive your Single Lounge Pass as soon as your payment has been processed successfully. The pass will be emailed directly to your email address that is supplied upon the booking process so please make sure that the email is correct. The body of the email will contain the Single Lounge Pass and a .pdf will also be attached. We recommend that you save a copy to your computer and also print a copy to produce to the lounge.
I don’t have a printer, what can I do?
If you don’t have a printer we suggest for you to email a copy to a friend or family member and ask them to print this out for you alternatively, you can download a copy of your pass onto your device and show this to the lounge upon arrival instead of a paper copy.
I have lost my Single Lounge Pass, what can I do?
If you have lost your Single Lounge Pass, you can reach out to the DragonPass customer support team on support@dragonpassuk.com who can re-issue you a new voucher.

Lounge

How do I enter the lounge?
Present your membership card or your Single Lounge Pass to the reception desk at the entrance to the lounge. They will scan either your digital card or Single Lounge Pass and allow entry. Please note that entry is subject to availability.
Can I take guests into the lounge with me?
You can take guests into the lounge however, please make sure you have purchased enough visits/Single Lounge Pass for yourself and your guests. Please note that some lounge operate their own policies regarding large groups entering the lounge.
What facilities do lounges offer?
The facilities available in each lounge vary from lounge to lounge. Most lounges offer the standard snacks, hot and cold drinks, newspapers etc., however some offer more premium services like a la carte menus and shower facilities. To see available facility in your recommended lounge please view the lounges profile page.
How long can I stay in the lounge for?
The length of your stay in the lounge will vary from lounge to lounge. You will be able to check this before you make your purchased on the lounge information pages however, you can typically expect to stay 2-3 hours.
What lounges am I allowed access to?
You will have access to over 1100 lounges globally. To view all the available lounges in the DragonPass network, on the home page you can 'search our lounges' using the search box.
What are the opening hours of lounges?
Opening hours vary from lounge to lounge. The lounge information pages will allow you to view the opening times before your visit.
What happens if the lounge is full and I am unable to enter?
If the lounge has no availability, you can save your Single Lounge Pass(es) or lounge visit(s) for another journey as they are valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase.
What is the policy regarding children in lounges?
You can find out each lounge’s policy regarding children on the lounge’s information page on this site prior to booking.  You may be required to purchase additional vouchers for children’s visits.

Dining

What offers I can enjoy at the participating dining outlets?
Simply browse participating restaurants in your airport location, select the dining outlet of your choice. You may see icon of “Discount” “Coupon” or “FastPay” showing in different outlet, this means the respective service is available in the outlet.
How can I find participating dining outlets?
A list of participating dining outlets is available in the App under the dining section. You can find details of offers for each participating restaurant/dining outlet.
How often can I use DragonPass dining offers?
You can use the dining discounts as often as you like within the valid period for the dining program.
Can I use the discount to pay for meals for my family and friends?
Yes, your family and friends can enjoy the dining discounts too as long as you are travelling together.
How do I redeem my discount?
Simply show your discount and membership card to a member of staff at your chosen dining location to use your discount.

General

What can I use to pay?
You can make a payment through our secure payment system using all major credit or debit cards.
When will payment be taken for my purchase(s) ?
Payment is taken immediately and will be shown as DragonPass GB on your bank statement.
Are there any additional charges?
All our payments are made in GBP, EUR or USD; some banks may charge additional fees for payments that are not made in their native currency. Please check with your bank if you have any queries on your bank charges.
Can I get a refund on my DragonPass purchase(s)?
For any refund enquires Please contact the DragonPass customer support team and include your valid Single Lounge Pass number or membership number.
Can I get an extension?
For any extension enquiries please contact the DragonPass customer support team before the expiry dates. Please note that Single Lounge Pass cannot be extended more than once and they also cannot be refunded once an extension has been issued. Extensions will only be given under exceptional circumstances i.e. government mandate travel ban.
What are the opening hours to contact customer support?
You can contact the DragonPass customer support team between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:30pm on Fridays. Out of hours and UK Bank Holidays customer support is also available for urgent enquiries.
